TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This contest / lucky draw (“Contest” / “Lucky Draw”) is organized by Betime Marketing Pte Ltd (“Betime Marketing”). Entry into this Contest / Lucky Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at this webpage. By entering the Contest / Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs.
  2. Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Contest / Lucky Draw entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by Betime Marketing) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
  3. Betime Marketing reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.

 

QUALIFYING ENTRANTS

This contest is open only to residents and permanent residents of Singapore. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) years old must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.

CONTEST ENTRIES

  1. This promotion is only valid at selected Watsons and Guardian stores (except Changi Airport) & Unity Ang Mo Kio.
  2. Entry to the Lucky Draw commences on 1 June 2019 and closes on 30 June 2019 ("closing date"). Lucky draw entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified by the closing date. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
  3. Customer entitled to 1 lucky draw chance with every SGD $50 spent on Uriage Bariesun Sun Care products in a single receipt.
  4. Entrants are required to submit their personal particulars and upload receipt on https://forms.gle/kz6KrgTbWf57uTKi8 to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
  5. There will be 1 winner per item.
  6. Lucky Draw submission must be completed in full by the closing date. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  7. All entries must be received before 23:59 hours on 30 June 2019 (GMT +08:00).
  8. Representatives of Betime Marketing will pick the lucky draw winner from eligible entries. No correspondence will be entertained about Betime Marketing's decision.
  9. Betime Marketing reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Lucky Draw. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

PRIZES

  1. Winners for the contest will be contacted within 3 days of the draw through the mobile number written on the submitted receipt. If a participant cannot be contacted or fails to respond after 3 calls made by Betime Marketing, within 24 hours from the first call, this participant will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. Winners will receive an email to collect their prize. Betime Marketing’s decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  2. Winners must produce proof of identity e.g NRIC or work permit pass and the printed prize notification email upon the prize collection.
    • Winners are required to provide their full particulars, including their full NRIC/Passport/Identification number for the purpose of verification & audit. All prizes which are not won or remain unclaimed after one (1) month of the announcement of the winners will be forfeited.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability. Value of the prizes may vary; Betime Marketing reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
  3. Prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and Betime Marketing reserves the right to substitute the prizes for its price equivalent where necessary.
    • Betime Marketing's decision at all stages of the Contest / Lucky Draw is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Betime Marketing concerning, without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Contest / Lucky Draw, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Contest / Lucky Draw.
    • The winners may be required to participate in a photo-taking session during the issuing of Lucky Draw gift. Pictures may be posted online or showcase in our print for marketing purpose.

In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Lucky draw, Betime marketing at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions.

 

 

LIABILITIES

  1. Betime Marketing cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. Betime Marketing is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.
  2. By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Betime Marketing, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Contest / Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that:

  • any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Betime Marketing for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest / Lucky Draw, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Betime Marketing may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Betime Marketing with consent;
  • Betime Marketing may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Betime Marketing’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest / Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Betime Marketing without further compensation.
