Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser and Eligibility
The Organiser of NaturVital Malaysia Launch Giveaway is Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd (www.grabtoglow.com).
By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. reserves the rights to terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result.
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Giveaway’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes.
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd.’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
Employees of Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. and its subsidiaries, marketing/event agencies and their immediate families, are not allowed to participate in this Giveaway.
Giveaway is only applicable for Malaysia’s residents.

2. How to Participate
Participants must fulfil the below criteria in order to win the Giveaway: -
a. Follow NaturVital Malaysia’s Instagram account at @naturvital_my
b. Like the Giveaway post on Instagram and tag 2 friends in the comment section
c. Follow NaturVital Malaysia on Facebook @NaturVitalMY for additional chances
· By participating, you agree to receive updates from Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. from time to time.
· Any answer commented anywhere else other than the original Instagram post will not be entertained.
· Only answers/comments under the NaturVital Malaysia Launch Giveaway post will be counted as submissions.

3. Giveaway Period
· The Giveaway Period is from 18th - 31st March 2021.

4. Winners and Prizes
· There will be an overall total of 5 (FIVE) winners.
· 5 winners – Each winner will win 1 * Fortifying Hair Set worth RM59.00 (Set includes 1 x Hair S.O.S Fortifying Shampoo 100ml + 1 x Hair S.O.S Fortifying Hair Tonic)
· Winners are chosen by the management that fulfils all the above-mentioned requirements.
· Winner selection is based on complete entry and selected at random.
· The 5 (FIVE) winners will be announced via NaturVital Malaysia’s Launch Giveaway Instagram post @NaturVitalMY.
· Once winner’s particulars are submitted to the organiser, prizes will be delivered to the submitted mailing address.
· Free postage for all addresses in Malaysia except for East Malaysia. Additional postage charges of RM8 apply for East Malaysia’s addresses.
· Delivery of prizes may take up to TWO months to arrive at the submitted mailing address.
· Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. is not responsible for failure to contact any winners as a result of invalid contact information provided.
· Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
· Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
· Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners' names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes. Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. is not responsible for Internet connection errors that may affect the contest.

5. Liability
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for:
· Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Giveaway.
· Any error (including error in notification of Giveaway winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line, failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.

6. Disqualification
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Giveaway’s Terms and Conditions and/or the Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.

7. Disclaimer
Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd.
You acknowledge that you have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the Giveaway by allowing Betime Marketing Sdn Bhd. to collect, use and process your personal date in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
· Sending you information related to online promotions, contests and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes;
· Using your information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demo-graphical use;
· Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
· Any other purposes related to our marketing activities.

8. Data Protection and Privacy Policy Notice
Your personal data including your name and contact details (“Personal Data”) which you have provided to Betime Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) in your application to participate in the Uriage Malaysia Glow Up Water Essence Giveaway (“Giveaway”) will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by us for purposes relating to the administration of the Giveaway and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and our other legitimate business purpose (“Purpose”).
Please be informed that your Personal Data may be disclosed to our affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws.
We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Malaysia. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer to be made and we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
